Booking and Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of AUD $1353 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
The balance is due 90 days before the tour start date.If full payment is not received by the due date, Vegan Tours Australia reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.
2. Cancellation by the Guest
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:- More than 90 days before departure → Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit (AUD $1353).
- 60–89 days before departure → 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 60 days before departure → No refund.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation date will be determined based on when Vegan Tours Australia receives your written notice.
3. Cancellation by Vegan Tours Australia
If Vegan Tours Australia cancels a tour for any reason (including low bookings or unforeseen circumstances), guests will receive a full refund, including the deposit.We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests (e.g., flights, visas, or other travel arrangements). This is why comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory.
4. Mandatory Travel Insurance
All guests must purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for:- Trip cancellations (including due to personal emergencies or health issues).
- Flight delays and missed connections.
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuations.
- Lost or stolen luggage and personal items.
- Public and personal liability (covering accidental injury or damage to property).
Proof of travel insurance must be provided at the time of paying the balance (90 days before departure). Guests who fail to provide proof of insurance will not be permitted to join the tour, and standard cancellation terms will apply.
5. Other Important Information
Vegan Tours Australia reserves the right to make itinerary adjustments if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.
