Embark on an unforgettable journey through Sydney and the breathtaking Blue Mountains, where iconic sights, world-class vegan dining, and stunning natural landscapes come together in a carefully curated experience. This tour is designed to offer the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and indulgence for vegan travellers.

Day 1

Upon arrival in Sydney, check in to your 5-star hotel. In the early evening, we’ll stroll to a harbour-side bar, for a cocktail while we watch the sun set over the iconic Harbour Bridge.

 

We’ll then dine together at Café Sydney, a quintessential Sydney dining experience, capturing the essence of the harbour city with breathtaking views of the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House from its rooftop location at Customs House.

Day 2

After breakfast at your hotel, we'll spend the morning at the iconic Bondi Beach, taking in its golden sands and vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy a scenic beach and coast walk with an optional swim before stopping for a traditional Aussie meat-pie, reimagined, at Funky Pies in Bondi.

 

In the afternoon, we'll continue to Sydney Harbour's South Head to enjoy a scenic walk along the cliff tops while admiring the coastal scenery where the ocean meets Sydney’s sandstone coastline creating dramatic cliffs. We'll also have an opportunity to explore the Head's historical naval fortifications and its' picturesque, heritage-listed lighthouse.

 

Finally, we'll visit nearby Watson's Bay and Camp Cove Beach for an optional swim in the crystal waters and enjoy the scenic views of the city from a distance. 

Cap off the day with an innovative plant-based fine dining experience at Yellow, Sydney’s only two hatted vegan restaurant offering an exquisite tasting menu.

Day 3

We'll start our morning with a leisurely walk through the beautiful Sydney Botanic Gardens finishing at the Art Gallery of New South Wales where we'll join a tour of the gallery's Indigenous art collection, Yirribana. Then there will be time to  explore this architecturally stunning space, which seamlessly blends heritage and contemporary design. We'll continue our experience  with lunch at the Gallery's MOD restaurant that brings the vivid flavours of Asian cuisine to a contemporary setting . The menu by chef Sushil Aryal features locally sourced and seasonal produce, transformed into an array of vibrant dishes.

In the afternoon, relax on a scenic Sydney Harbour Cruise, taking in the iconic landmarks from the water.

 

Our day will conclude with dinner at Towzen, a renowned vegan restaurant celebrated for its authentic Kyoto-style cuisine, where delicate flavours and beautifully presented dishes showcase the artistry of Japanese vegan dining.

Monday 02.03.2026

Day 4

This morning we leave the city behind and step into the breathtaking beauty of the Blue Mountains, a World Heritage-listed region famed for its dramatic sandstone cliffs, deep valleys and ancient forests. Take in panoramic views of the iconic Three Sisters rock formation, standing proudly above the Jamison Valley.

 

At Scenic World, take in breathtaking views and enjoy some of the Blue Mountains’ most iconic attractions. Glide between cliff tops on the Scenic Skyway, descend into the lush rainforest aboard the Scenic Cableway, and, if you wish, experience the thrill of the world’s steepest passenger railway down to the forest floor. Wander along elevated boardwalks surrounded by towering tree ferns and ancient eucalyptus, soaking up the beauty of this remarkable World Heritage-listed landscape.

We'll round out this day of wonder with an elegant vegan degustation dinner at Tempus Restaurant, where local ingredients and innovative flavours take centre stage.

Our accomodation for the night is at the historic Hydro Majestic Hotel, perched on a clifftop with sweeping views of the Megalong Valley.

Day 5

After breakfast at your hotel, we’ll make our way back to Sydney for an indulgent high tea at Gunners’ Barracks, a beautifully restored historic sandstone building perched high above Sydney Harbour. Steeped in charm and elegance, this heritage venue offers sweeping views of the sparkling water and surrounding bushland. Savour an exquisite selection of plant-based sweet and savoury delights, from delicate pastries and handmade chocolates to gourmet sandwiches and savoury tarts.

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walking tour of The Rocks, Sydney’s oldest neighbourhood and a treasure trove of colonial history. Stroll through its cobblestone streets and narrow laneways, hearing stories of early settlers, convicts, and maritime life. 

Our day will conclude with dinner at Yulli’s in Surry Hills, a much-loved vegan restaurant known for its creative plant-based cuisine and craft beers. The menu blends bold flavours and inventive combinations, offering everything from share plates to indulgent mains, making it the perfect spot to relax, reflect, and enjoy good company after a day of exploration.

Day 6

Following breakfast together in our hotel, spend your last morning in Sydney at your leisure. Take some time for last-minute shopping in the Sydney CBD shopping district or enjoy a peaceful stroll around Circular Quay or the Botanic Gardens before checking out of your hotel and heading to the airport. This marks the end of your unforgettable vegan adventure through Sydney and the Blue Mountains.
